(210) 677 in San Antonio, TX

The caller claimed to be from Citibank's Fraud/Dispute Department, but I do not know whether or not this claim was true.

Earlier today I talked to Citi Bank. 2 hours later I get a call which rang and immediately hung up

tried to say I opened a citi bank and needed to verify info, and I told her she was full of it!!!

I received a call telling me there had been activity on my CitiCard that needed to be verified. When I asked her the last four digits of the card she was calling about, she told me that she could only verify the number if I gave it to her. I told her I'd check on it myself. I did call the 1-800 number on the back of my CitiCard and was told there was nothing that needed my attention- no illicit charges. I feel this is a scammer!

Somehow tied to Best Buy, but then hung up when I questioned them.

This # showed up on my cell phone as my cell phone's actual number when I was trying to resolve an issue with an online order. So rediculious!

Starting at someone open a credit card at Best Buy under my name and ask me to verify. If didn't apply, that person ask me if I could give them a pass thru texting from my phone and she will canceled the Best Buy card.

Called stating someone trying to open best buy credit acct via citibank. Told to call experiancredit for further attempts
