I am on the 'no-call' list, so this telemarketer should not be callling.

Obviously neither the FCC or the attorney generals office in TX cares to enforce the no call ban, other- wise they would shut low lifes like these down. No matter how polite or rude you are does not deter them from constant harassment. What's worse is that even if you speak to them and they realize you are not a viable candidate,they still continue to call.

They keep calling and when I called back and asked them to stop calling a man said "F--- you bitch!

Same harassment as every one else with the precorded phone call. If they were harrassing a congressman bet that they would have the FTC do something, but we're just lowly nobodys', so expect nothing to happen.

Telemarketer said that since I was being ugly about asking to be put on the do not call list , he would not put me on the list. Then he slammed the phone down.

I tracked this number to Qwest. Their abuse dept. told me to file a complaint with the FTC. The process was very easy. If everyone files a complaint, maybe they will nail them.

All our phones are on the "do Not Call" list so we should not be receiving any calls from telemarketers

My mother is 91 and virtually blind and they call her constantly making threats to her I am very tempted to board a plane and fly out to Albuquerque and hunt them down and take care of this once and for all.

we are on a Texas and National "do not call list" and they still keep calling, even though they were asked to remove our number from their list. They've called at least 5 times, and I'm sick of it.
