I received numerous e-mails from David Martin stating that if I did not respond to them and settle this account they would take legal action.

I filed bankruptcy and this was cleared 3-yrs ago with in those court hearings. I have the paperwork on it from my attorney. But this Marc Jackson keeps emailing me and calling me saying if i dont pay 2500.00 plus court cost. He wrote and said he was Asst. United States Attorney. And they were going to freeze my bank account and everything if i didnt pay this within so many days?? So i google his and this is what i got. I dont owe Ace Cash Express anything anymore. I want this company and man to leave me alone.

Sending threatening emails claiming to be US Attorney on behalf of Ace Cash Express

They send me emails that I own them money $800.00 and they want to settle the problem I don't owned nothing I don't know who they are

Company claims to be IRS and when you ask questions they hang up.

Claimed to be from IRS. Left message to call back, otherwise will be procecuted.

Company saying they are the irs........and to call agent Nicki

Received an automated message stating that either me or my attorney needed to call back or face prosecution from the IRS. I am extremely upset over getting such an intimidating message.
