Wants to take over my computer to fix a problem that I'm unaware of. Scam

Received a call from this number, starting with a recording claiming to be from "Bank card services" and talking about how they could lower my interest rates. When connected with a live person, I asked what card they were with. He rattled off a list of several (1st red flag). It became clear that this was a fishing expedition, when he said, "I see that you have more than $3000 in outstanding balance, is that correct?". which is when I hung up.

Calls my cell phone over and over. Has been asked not to do this.

this number called my cell phone. no message left. line busy when calling back. I have 2 elderly parents in the hospital and receive calls all day regarding both. the last thing I need is this! I did reverse lookup to find who it is. I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST

Not sure if this is a legitimate company or someone trying to access my credit and bank accounts
