User getting large amounts of Spam Phone Call

this number keeps calling all hours of the day and night during the week and on the weekends.

I didn't answer but when I looked the number up it said it was flagged as a telemarketer. I have twice put my number on the no call list and it's not working!

I hate paying for calls from telemarketers to my cell phone and will not answer unknown numbers.

Can't understand anything they say. They do not speak English to well.

This company has constantly called at least 10-15 times a day for about a year now non-stop, I've asked to speak to a manager and the caller tells me that there isn't one than that they are the manager. I've told them to remove me from their calling list and to stop calling me with no success! I've registered my number with the National Don't Not Call Registry so hopefully this will work.
