it's a stupid call, about some restraining order.. No idea how they got MY phone number, MY name, and my EX girlfriends' name, but I'm seeking REAL legal action against them..

They keep calling my husbands phone with the same crap. Is there any way to get them to stop!?

contact your att. right away you are being subponened to court and should have got a summons and only have 24 to 48 hrs to call

these people are such scammers they called my parents and me left me a message saying that they have a resraning order on me with a case # what do we do???? This really upset me

I received a voicemail saying that I was being sued for credit card fraud. My name was listed and scary enough, so was the last four of my social. I called the number back and was greeted by a extremely rude female who hung up on me within the first minute. I called back, same female answered the phone, and told me that my information had been used as a secondary on some sort of credit application and that my number would be removed from their system as they didn't need to speak to me anymore.

scam!!!! They have been leaving me messages of the same nature for at least two weeks!!!!!

I received the same robo-call. I'm reporting it to the Nevada Attorney General's Office here. I suggest that you all do the same. It's a good thing I have a strong heart, or I would have gone into cardiac arrest when I heard this message!
