1. Premium Subscription Accounts
a) Some of Spokeo’s content and tools are only available to premium subscribers. Spokeo offers a variety of premium subscription plans and services, details about individual plans and payment periods are provided at sign up. By upgrading to a premium subscription account, You agree to receive the services offered at sign up under the billing terms provided at sign up.
b) All sales of all Spokeo premium subscriptions are final. Spokeo does not offer any free trial periods or money back guarantees. All Spokeo premium subscriptions are prepaid for the payment period selected (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually) and are non-refundable.
c) You may cancel Your premium subscription account at any time and for any reason. To cancel Your premium subscription account, select “Modify Subscription” within Your Spokeo.com Account Settings. If You have paid using a Paypal account, additional instructions for cancellation are provided on the “Modify Subscription” page. Once Your premium subscription has been canceled, You will receive a cancellation confirmation from Spokeo or Paypal directly, and You will not be billed again. When You cancel Your account, any processed payment will not be refunded or prorated for partial-month usage. You will continue to enjoy all premium content and benefits until the end of the current payment period. If You encounter any problem during the cancellation process, please contact Customer Service.
d) Unless otherwise indicated in Your plan details, Spokeo will automatically renew Your premium subscription at the same payment period and term, and charge Your credit card or Paypal account at the beginning of each payment period. Your premium account will remain open and active until Your account is canceled, suspended, or terminated.
2. Payment Processing
a) To open a premium subscription account, You must enter valid payment information such as credit card or Paypal information. By purchasing a subscription account You certify that You are an authorized user of the credit card or payment account.
b) Spokeo does not store or process Your full credit card information. Instead, Spokeo employs Authorize.net, Paypal and CyberSource, all independent and reputable third-party payment processors, to store and process this information.
