Claims to be from Citibank--calling about a Best Buy account. When checking with Best Buy, they know nothing about it.

We do not have a Best Buy account. They keep wanting to speak to a Mr. Sorvice about his overdue account...I do not know who that is. When I push No. 4 to speak to customer Service, no one is available, but I must speak to someone or they will keep calling!!!

Calls my house all day long for someone who doesn't live here and has never had this number. My husband told them to so calling and we are still getting calls.
