this number is not a scam number I have verified it from capital one customer service, it's the number of collections for capital one if you have past due payments.

Whoever this is calls me at least 3 times a day. They will leave a voice mail but will never tell me who they are or what they are calling about. They just leave an automated message to call them back at this number
