Someone has stolen my identity an girlfriend and I am reporting to all credit bureaus. When I put in my information my phone rang and it was a call from a bogus phone number.

All messages say "last and final notice regarding credit card interest rate" supposedly related to stimulus package.

They call every few days and leave a message on the answering machine. They claim they are calling about my credit card account (I don't have any credit cards) and that they want to reduce my interest rate. Sometimes they will say that it is the final notice. I wish!
