when unable to answer phone, does not leave a message. when I answer, no one is on line and I do not wait on someone to pick up. Several calls daily. On January 23, 2016, between hours of 9:09am to 12:56pm, call 4 times. I am very tired of this. I am disabled and do not always have phone on me and not able to run to catch phone.

Someone at this number calls my cell phone at least twice a day, EVERY day! They've been doing this for two weeks, now. I called the number back and a recording said it was a survey.
