Very unsettling phone call. Misrepresented as GM Financial on reverse lookup. Took a long time to get to a live person who wanted a payment. We have an automatic payment and they wanted money paid direct to them. I hung up after unfortunately having confirmed info they already had. Turns out this call was conveniently made after GM Financial Customer Service is closed for the day. Very suspicious.

No idea who the company is. Only said her name was Virginia with her personal ID 270235 and to call back between 8am-8pm cst. Will not call back since I don't know who this is. Not very professional if it is a company!

Like the other callers said, these folks called a left a message saying they were GM Financial. BS. Said to call them back between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm Central Time. Again, BS. Don't be conned or extorted by these crooks. And ALWAYS be careful out there!

Did not sound legit, said they were calling from GM financial about my payment amount being wrong. When asked that they email me, was told they could not do that. I hung up, they did have my name and cell phone numbert do iiNot
