CommentPerson claims to be representative of Publishers Clearing House. She requested payment of $18,630 from me in order for me to "claim" my one million dollar prize. This person can't even speak English well and does a very poor job of selling her story, but nonetheless, I thought it would be good to register a complaint. The first question out of her mouth was "are you a senior citizen?" Then she went right into my winning my prize. She was loud, arrogant, and stumbled over her words. When I hung up on her she called right back and angrily asked "why you disconnect me!? We talk, you don't disconnect again!!" Yeah, sure lady...

CommentThis person is a scammer not a telemarketer. He was not selling anything he said my mother won a car and money in a sweepstakes and wanted her to greendot scratch card at Walgreens or Walmart for a certain amount of money for a processing fee. This is a scam!! Do not fall for this, his name is Mark Brown probably Jamaican and said he was with Golden Harvest Sweepstakes. No such thing.
CommentThis number came up on my cell phone and they said they were from Publishers Clearing House and that I had won something and they needed directions to my home as well as some other necessary info.I could barely understand what they were saying because they were Indian I think. When I told them I was at work and couldn't talk they said they would call me back. I did recieve a call back but that time the number came up as private.

Commentcalled claiming i won a mercedes, $450,00 in cash and certified check for 1.2 million....said for me to purchase a green dot moneypak card and put $125 on it.once i got the card they want the number, supposedly to put the 5 years of free gas to go along with mercedes, but obviously to take my money, and then they would be at my home in 45 minutes with the briefcase of money, the car, etc. the man (mr.peter) claims to be a deacon of the church and would never lie about this, he has been with the company for 15 years and never had a complaint...one minute he claims it is for publishers clearinghouse, but when i informed him i researched them and they say they would never call, he changed it to megamillion....watch out, he is very convincing though...he has an ascent maybe nigerian.
