Debt Collector! They contact you at your place of employment and advise that they are sending an officer to arrest you unless you give them credit card or check payment over the phone! Caller identifies himself as law enforcement with a badge # that is FALSE. By law, debt collectors CANNOT contact you at work, cannot represent themselves as law enforcement, etc. A guy called my office today to serve papers on me but asked my office mgr for my home information instead.Comment
