Female continually calls asking if we are planning to move our business. Multiple calls today. Multiple calls previous this week. Not information anyone needs to know. "Stop calling" and "Take me off of your list." has been requested by employees here.

Woman with a thick accent said she was from the Chamber of Commerce asking if our office is moving, how many employees, name of person in charge. I told her I did not want to answer her questions and she called back 4 more times. Then later we got calls from another number but it was the same woman now saying she was with the Texas chamber of commerce. She has now called from that number 4 times.

They were very hard to understand, but the jest of the short conversation was regarding if we were locating our business and looking for a new location. After telling the very poor English speaking person that there was no intent on moving our business and that there was never any interest in doing so - I hung up on them. Two calls from this number were received in one day.

The caller number of 882-014-0105 does not seem to work and may be "spoofed" so they can hide who they are. We got a call yesterday and another just now. Last year we got calls like this and I think it is the same scammers. They wanted to confirm my company address. When I asked who they are they said it was the chamber of commerce. When I asked which one they hung up. If you should happen to provide the information they ask for you may find unwanted charges on your phone bill. I am reporting all of these calls to the FTC at 888-382-1222. Even if you have a business you should report all scams like this. While I have a business, they called my home phone.

Repeated calls, sometimes 3 per day, stating they are calling from the Texas Business Development Office wanting to know if we have found a new location to move our offices. Our offices are not moving, no plans or intentions to do so; we ask to be removed and and we continue to get callers. All callers, male & females, peak with a heavy middle-eastern accent. Caller ID number is always spoofed.
