This company is Ally Financial. They have called my phone numerous times 7 days a week at all times. I have returned their call 5 times explaining to them that I do not have an account with them. They request the number they are calling and I give it to them. They say they will remove my number but I still get their calls. I have my number registered with the Do Not Call list. I have even go as far as to tell them if they continue I will report them. Comment

Sean Miller (has a very heavy Indian accent) called saying he was with the bank fraud dept of the irs and if my father didn't call back (at extension 699) within 45 minutes he would be arrested. I told my father not to call back and will be notifying the irs and will be calling my local government agency handling business fraud. This is clearly a scam of some sort that prey on elderly people. Please report them.
