Drake Lights Up 2013 Brand Jordan Classic With Fabolous, Busta Rhymes And More

It may have been his first time blessing the court at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NYC, but Drake was in command last night. The Toronto rapper was the main performer during the 2013 Jordan Brand Classic basketball tournament, highlighting the next generation of basketball superstars.
After the West team took the National title, Drizzy, in his signature white October’s Very Own (OVO) owl shirt, manned the stage for a brief set of his hits including "HYFR," "Crew Love, "Headlines" and "The Motto." In addition to kids aspiring to be the next Michael Jordan, a bevy of celebrities were in the house for the game, including Nike ambassador and living legend Michael Jordan, NY Knicks’ Carmelo Anthony, NY Giants’ Victor Cruz and rappers Busta Rhymes, Stalley, Fabolous and Joe Budden. Drake’s dad and his OVO brethren were also prominently in attendance as were his “Team Drizzy” fans that vied for his attention throughout the night.
