Johnny Meijer

Dutch musician Johnny Meijer

Johnny Meijer was an accordionist who played classical, folk, and swing. For a time he was known as a jazz accordionist and his 75th birthday was celebrated at the North Sea Jazz Festival. He was also the subject of a film. He is the grandfather of pop singer Eva Simons who in 1995 sang the song Rainbow in the Sky by DJ Paul Elstak in [1 1].
