Xuxa, Maria da Graça "Xuxa" Meneghel, born March 27, 1963 in Santa Rosa, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil) is a TV host, actress, singer and businesswoman. Her various shows have been broadcast in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. Xuxa is the richest woman in Brazil; her fortune is estimated at US$ 1 billion. She owns a business group Xuxa Produções that manages more than 10 companies. On July 7, 2007, Xuxa sang at the Brazilian leg of Live Earth in Rio de Janeiro.
