Look for These Apps<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If the top of our list has a familiar look, it\u2019s because we\u2019ve been here before.&nbsp; It was first on the list last year as well, and an earlier version of the article topped the list in 2020.&nbsp; It takes a big-picture look at the apps used by cheaters to hook up and communicate with their side relationships, from mainstream apps like Instagram and Facebook Messenger to secretive messaging apps and even outright dating\/hookup apps.&nbsp; Most of them are perfectly legitimate \u2014 you may have several on your own phone \u2014 but in combination with other red flags, they\u2019re definitely among those \u201cthings that make you go \u2018hmmm &#8230;\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spokeo.com\/compass\/what-is-kittenfishing\/\">Kittenfishing: Little White Lie or Dealbreaker?&nbsp;<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Deception is a recurring theme on these pages, especially in the various relationship blogs.&nbsp;
