If they are calling your cell phone they can only call ONCE by doing these steps. 1. add them to your phone contacts ("annoying TM") 2. go to settings when you have the contact up, it will give you option to set a ringtone, delete contact, and SEND CALLS TO VOICE MAIL!!! 3. Select " send calls to voice mail." you will have to do this ONCE, but only once for every annoying phone # ( I have about 40 on my "annoying" contact list the frequency of calls will decrease. hope this helps
