I am getting calls from this number claiming to be an IRS agent, wanting to be called back for payment arrangemt

Claims to be Officer Lisa Williams from IRS Tax Audit Department wanting a call back or they are sending my file to the county court house? What do I do?

Said they have a lawsuit in my name. I have no knowledge or paperwork of anyone trying to sue me.

The number claims to "finalize a pending loan".

Trying to verify a non existent loan application

Constant harassment over a 10 yr. old cash advance they say needs paying. They will not attach a copy to an email so I can verify the check. They constantly threaten me with prosecution. I need to see the check. So what is the problem with that? Sounds to me like a scam to collect a lousy bought debt from a collection agency that makes a lot of money and spends little.

This company called my home asking me to call and complete my loan applications. We did not have a loan application. When I called them back, they told me I completed a loan application online, which I did not. I told him I was concerned about identify theft. He told me he had no information except name and phone number. Scam
