guy called claiming to be a Nick Johnson. from Mark Rothman law offices. Asking me for my attorney information because I was about to be sued. When I started to give him the contact info for my attorney, he got agitated and told me to have my lawyer call him. So I asked him for his mailing address, so that my attorney could send him forms. He hung up. These people are scam artists, call the local police or FBI fraud hotline if they contact you.

Just got a call from this number and they had strong middle eastern accents and stated that I had taken a loan out which i have not and that i was going to court tomorrow at 11 am and i could talk to the judge and settle it then. Told him that i wanted docemented proof that i had done this and from which company it had come from. He got very mad at me and informed me that since i made the loan i knew who it was from and that i would get my papers tomorrow from the official that would serve me at work and home. Last i checked they can only serve you once. He reused to answer any of my questions and tansferred me to his supervisior. The Supervisior's name was Kevin. He was worse then the last guy named David. He wouldnt answer my questions and when I asked for his manager he got really mad and started curseing me stating that I was being rude and not wanting to work with them and that I would like my time in jail for theft. I still have no bloody idea what he is talking about. I called the local police dept and they said that I was not the only one reporting them in my area. They also said that the info they were telling me about being seved was of course wrong. Go figure some one else trying to make a quick buck with out working an honest job for it.

I have just received a call from this number for the last 2 days stating that they are sending an offical to my home and work to serve me papers and if i do not comply they will have me arrested. The called on the 19th of june and said this and nothing happened then called again today on the 20th of june and nothing happened.

New York Number....Foreign people but giving america Names..they say they are sending an officer to arrest me if I dont comply but never say what they are looking for. I have been called off and on for the past 3 years...they have all my information and my family as well. Contacted police and upon calling they hung up on Melbourne police dept.

Someone who does not speak very good English has gotten a hold of my home & cell #. they do not say what company they are calling from. They keep insisting I call back or they will take "further action". T
