The caller left a message identifying himself as Officer Bryan Snyder from the IRS Dept., saying the IRS has issued a warrant for my arrest. Continuing that I should call to discuss the case.

Person says that I need to call or get arrested because I owe irs money and they have filed a criminal complaint against me.

This number showed up on my phone bill as long distance charge that originated from my home phone. I have three long distance charges in the amounts of $1.26, $1.26 and $1.62. When the number is called, it asks for a pin number
