Sent harrassment text to my wifes brother

I have gotten phone calls like this before--unfortunately--I fell for it the first time by a person bullying his way around.

Called to give a $9000 grant for a processing fee of $249, due to good credit and up to date on taxes. Caller (Caroline Thomas - with a strong foreign accent) said she was calling from the Treasury Department in Washington, D.C I knew that "206" was not the area code for Washington, D.C., but Washington State, instead. This screams SCAM!

This company calls individuals stating that they have receive a $9000.00 grant from the us govt and in order to receive the grant the individual has to pay a $249.00 processing fee. Well if its from the govt there is no processing fee. It would be FREE. Its a SCAM.

call states that you DEFINITLY A SCAM

They claim to be a loan company and just need my bank account info so they can deposit money. The caller had a thick E. Indian accent. This is definitely a rip-off scam!

called 2 times today and did not answer when I said hello

Had to say hello several times. Call was broken up. He hung up.

Calls several times per day and there is no one on the other end just a beep and a hang up
