I have received numerous phone calls from this company stating that this is the second and final notice for me to lower my interest rates. I have attempted to speak to an individual to get my number taken off their list and they just hang up on me. Monday, 03/16/15, I got a human on the line, told her I needed her company's information so I could report them for violating the Do Not Call List. Her response was, "Mam, don't be coming on the line asking stupid questions!" I responded by saying, "Excuse me ..." but she had already hung up on me.

These people call me every single day, even after me telling them to stop calling me over 2 months ago. i asked to speak with mgr and they hang up on me every time. So frustrating
