repeatedly calls asking for person (a relative different last name) who has never lived at this location. Will not disclose purpose or call back number

They called saying they from windows and they were getting reports that I was having problems with my computer. When I asked them how could I verify they gave me this number. "Amber" said she would call me back. when she called me back I told her that I was advised that this was a scam and that if they called back I should call the police to have a trace set up on the call. She promptly called me a liar and gave the phone to a man.

Some guy named "Henry". Heavy Indian accent. Called saying I needed to turn on my computer in order to help fix my computer. Definite scammer.

They stated they were the IRS Internal Revenue Service. We have tried to reach you server times. This is you last and final notice you are being sued by the IRS. For more information call our department at 0273819 or 7.

Says his name is Alex from Microsoft Technical Division, call is being recorded. Indian accent. Says he is working from my Windows registration and needs me to turn on my computer to help me fix my computer because it has a virus.
