This is not a scam. i called it, they are a company that many lenders use to get loan holders to refinance with the lender. I used them and they pre-qualified me. But all they do is pass it on to your lender, the lender does all of the loan work.Comment

They send snail mail that gives the appearance it comes from your mortgage company but says in tiny print at bottom they are not connected with your mortgage co. or any government agency.
