They call every day saying they are going to serve me with papers but never do. They have my number but they call my elderly parents who live in a different state. They need to be stopped.Comment
They are supposed to be HKA Group, a debt collecting company that preys on those debts that the statute of limitation has expired but will threaten you to pay the balance as soon as you can to keep from getting a subpoena for a law suit by the company... When I called him on the fact that it was past the statute of limitation I was suddenly being sued for fraudulently spending money on an account that I "had no intention of repaying" 8 years ago that I tried then to resolve with the company at the time... They are a fraud and total scammers!!!!Comment
