Telling me my computer has a virus, and that he's company moniters my computeran that they would help me fix the virus

claimed to be Windows Support, identified critical info on my cpu & told "showed me" malware. Took control of my cpy, locked it up & Told me I would have to pay a $175 license fee. lock my cpu but I was able to deal with it & unlock it myself.

continues to call every day- static, cannot redial as the recording says this number is no longer in service- even though used to call me!

I get at least 2 calls a month. Caller says he is a Windows Tech and wants me to download to clean up my computer. If I challenge them as to who they are they become very vulgar with their language and tell me my computer will crash.

I keep receiving phone calls from this number, College Station, TX., The person is very, very difficult to understand but talks about my "infected" computer and said I need to renew my license; which of course I don't have.

They have called 3 time and when I pick up there is no one there. 1st time was around 3: oo Pm, Second tome was 5: Pm and the last time was at 6:38 pm.

This phone number calls me and Says he is calling me from Microsoft and told me my computer sent error message
