calls frequently and often one call after another.

Called by a Ms Lewis who left a message on my voice mail while I was at work. I returned her call to see what it was about and she was very rude. I tried to explain to her how I did not have an account with the comapany in question and she accused me of lying and did not ask me if I wanted to dispute the claim (which I do, because it is not my bill). She does not even have my correct address because I don't live in that city. I did tell her my ex had lived at the address she gave me, but she went a rant about how I knew about this bill because it required ID in the store (did not tell me which store) and I had to sign for said item. I hung up because she would not listen to anything I tried to tell her and I was never rude to her even when she was rude to me.
