Individual states that he is from Windows and that my computer has been sending junk files to windows. He wanted me to sign onto my PC so he could access it and show me what the problem. I asked him for my PC ID number. He kept talking about the problem. When I pressed him for my PC ID # he gave me a 12 character code comprised of letters and numbers. I asked for the customer service number for Windows. He said that it was illegal for my PC to send garbage files to Windows and threatened to shut down my PC and I would not be able to use it again. When asked again for the phone number he became very upset called me an "Idiot" and hung up.

i keep getting calls from this number in the morning from 8am to 9am. Man with an accent that has my last name. Ask if I was me and when I said yes, he hung up.
