I have received as many as 3 phone calls per day from this number. I am on the state and federal do not call list. I never answer unknown calls. When I called back the number. Got recording that it was disconnected. What the hell is this?

Called this number back and someone who no speaka de English answered and when I said "sorry who is this" no answer so I said "hello" that person hung up and you could here all kinds of talking in the back ground telemarketing style.
