another scammer, this number has been calling my wifes cell for about 3 weeks now, naturally she doesn't answer. it's amazing all my cells are on the do not call list as well but it doesn't stop them

This number is calling my cell phone at all hours of the day and night. I do not use my cell phone for anything other than to talk with my family. I am registering my cell # with the do not call list. This telelmarketer is totally invading my serenity and peace of mind. I am 77 years old and I need this situation resolved. Please tell me if there is anything else I can do to stop this problem.
