This person called my cellphone twice within two hours. I have to pay for each of those calls

Just recd call at my residence phone in NE Ohio.

This number is left on the recording which claims there is a complaint filed against me, followed by warnings not to ignore the call lest I get a visit by an investigator to my home or work place. (BRING IT ON!!) It really is annoying, the incoming call shows an UNAVAILABLE on the caller id and I never answer it, only read the messages later. I believe it is time to do something to these morons. Number is flagged as a telemarketer but I believe is is a scam factory.
