Called my cell phone twice now with a recording stating I have been involved with fraudulent activity and 2 felony charges are being filed against me. I'm supposed to call this number back with the case number provided and must do so before being served with a summons or it'll be too late and I'll be taken to court.

it's a scam... they want you to call them back and, I didn't but assume, they want personal information or money. Don't fall for it!

They are trying to contact me , re a summons for fraud activity on my social security number.

For the 2nd time, I received a call saying that it was the Processing Summons Dept...and that I would be received two charges against me for fraudulent use. They gave a "case #" and said I would need to call before the summons. It's a scam!

Thesr people keep calling me threatening to send someone to my work and/or home to arrest me. I tried calling back to get the company name to report them and of course they won't answer and you can't leave a message. I'm trying to figure out how to block their calls.

I just received a call from this # saying that I would be summoned for two fraudulent charges against my SS#. I was informed of my case # and to call the "legal department" before I do anything else.
