Caller said that she was with Alliance One and she was calling because I have an unpaid balance on my Capital One credit card account. First of all, I do not have any delinquent credit cards. Second, she asked me to verify my address, which I didn't of course. Third, I asked her how she got my phone number, and if I was delinquent on my credit card, why hasn't Capital One tried calling me. She said she couldn't discuss this with me until I verified my address. Anyway, long story short, I just hung up on her. Someone please do something about these people!!!
