This is a Scam please don't answer this number.

I missed this call, called it back and a nice woman's voice says hello, USAA how may I help you. I explained I received the call and wanted to know what it was about. Of course she wanted my name. At that point I told her I get to many scam calls and I would contact my normal number for USAA. She was perfectly fine with it. After I hung up, did a search and found this site. Indeed it is a scam caller and the number is now blocked.

They left a message saying it was about a USAA Annuity Policy. The did not even have my first name right and I have no annuity policy. USAA has ONE phone number and this is not it. I can only assume it was an attempt to get financial or banking information. They need to be arrested.

I did not answer the call and they did not leave a message. I read the comments and realized I am also a member of the same insurance company.

Dave... Same as caller above: Cagey215 2013-04-30... Appears fraudulent. Moreover, I do not use my mobile number for conducting business with USAA.

Claimed to be USAA. They left a message saying to call about my life insurance. Life insurance is not among the products I buy from USAA. I called USAA directly. They have no record of this phone number. Whoever is calling from this number is a fraud.

They call twice a day EVERYDAY. Once around 1 pm and once around 7 pm. They use two numbers... 877 627 2811 and 888 986 8109. When I do pick up the phone - no one answers me. This has been going on for weeks.

FRAUDULENT and UNPROFESSIONAL

calls CONSTANTLY as a USAA mortgage service to cell phone, even left message on phone under usaa name. After doing a reverse look up I see it is fraud. DO NOT GIVE OUT INFO TO THIS NUMBER, call USAA instead to inform them.

This is NOT USAA nor an affiliate. I received a call form that number and some guy said he was with USAA mortgage services and he asked if I could hold on the line while he connected me to a specialist. Already seeing this as fraud, I asked the guy what department he was in. He said some incoherent department name and re-iterated that there was a problem with my mortgage and he needed to connect me to a specialist. I told him no and that I would call USAA myself. When I called USAA they said there is no issue with my mortgage and that there was no record of someone trying to call me. I did further research online and found out that number (877-627-2811) attempts to steal your identity by claiming to be with USAA life insurance, vehicle insurance or mortgage services. I called USAA and reported this to the fraud department. USAA said they will issue a member alert informing people to not answer calls from that number.
