Calls once a day to ask me to review my Best Buy credit card by logging onto their website. Even after I've checked my account I continue to get calls on a daily basis.

This is a complete scam. They called and claimed I hadn't made a payment and it was past due for the previous month, when I have my bill on autopay. I didn't give them my payment information over the phone, as I had a feeling it was a scam. DO NOT give your information over the phone if this phone number calls you!!

Please be careful ... this is a scam!!! I spoke with both Best Buy and Citi Bank and the phone numbers 469 and 855 are NOT in their directories. They informed me that this is a scam and not to give a personal information.
