They called my cell with a recorded message saying they could save me money on my electric bill through a Federal Grant. When I spoke to the human, she said they're a public service who will connect you with a group in your area to administer the funding. I said I'd check into the "Clean Planet Project" and hung up. Doubt this is legitimate, nothing online.

I receive 2 to 3 phone calls a day for about 4 weeks. I am registered on the National Do Not Call list. I called the number back & no one answers my call, it just ringd. I don't know what category the caller is so I put telemarketer.
