Called claiming credit card payment was late and insisting payment over phone. I refused to pay because payment had been made one week prior. Called credit card company and they said that no one from their company had called.

This telephone number has been calling an elderly lady in a nursing home. Please put a stop to it.

Calls morning, noon, and past 8pm at night every day. Terminally ill patient lives at the phone number they are calling like this. They are receiving payments every month, but insist they should be getting over $200 more in the payment. This is just wrong to do to the sick and elderly. Nobody asks to get sick and disabled.

I AM NOT AT ALL HAPPY ABOUT THIS PERSON/OR PERSONS CALLING ME 3, 4 & 5 TIMES A DAY. THIS IS TOTALLY RUDE AND IF I DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AFTER THE 2ND TIME THEY CALL, THEY SHOULD NOT EVER CALL BACK.
