they claim I have outstanding bill - they refuse to send bills they get mean when told to stop calling - have reported to FTC as well

relentless hackers; not American but likely Soviet funded scheme to defraud. This number showed up in my call log and then disappered, these amateur's tried to leave a VM and that is how I was able to locate and track the number. They have also used the following cellular numbers so DON'T pick up. (802) 532-8095; (618) 742-1285; (727) 940-1548; (443) 450-9618. God is watching....and so am I.

This person continues to call and I knew it was a scam so I finally picked it up and asked them to stop calling. I told them I knew it was a scam and to stop called. The man got very angry and told me I had better accept the call because it would affect my credit. I hung up.

An automated voicemail message was left on my cell. At 2-3 different points in message they did a verification prompt, (which of course a voice mail can neither respond to or hang up on) that went something like, "Is this Scott? If this is not Scott please hang up. We will give you 3 seconds to hang up and if you do not we will assume this is Scott".

Paragon Revenu Group, is a third party collection agency. Thier employee's are rude, disrespectful, and argumentative. I have exercised my right as a citizen of the USA to put them under a CEASE & DESIST order.
