As others have stated, this is a scam call pretending to be from Citibank regarding Macys account. Im reporting to FTC and blocking the number.

Caller attempted to collect a payment for Macy's account. I checked the phone number on the Macy's actual bill and realized the number was not the same. Glad I checked before submitting any information. Waiting on phone now to report this number.

CALLER CLAIMED TO BE FROM MACY'S AND SAID THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH MY CREDIT CARD. CALLER ASKED FOR MY FULL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. I HUNG UP. I CALLED MACY'S AND THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH MY CARD.

I have blocked this number and they still are able to leave a voice mail. They leave at least 10 a day! I have tried to get through to tell them to stop calling and all it does is hang up on me.

Three calls is a few minutes. When answer the call, call gets dropped. Called back. Told me that I had charges on a Macy's credit card. I do not have a Macy's credit card.
