Calling All Fashion Bloggers to Spokeo, The Power Research Tool

This year Fashion Week NYC 2013 kicked off on September 5, and continues through Wednesday.  I like reading NYC-based news sites and some blogs to get the scoop on the week’s events. Living in LA, it comes off as a very indulgent experience but one that I may need to see first hand some day. This year, I noticed stories about power bloggers taking over Fashion Week. They are invited to sit in the front row of a show to tweet or have been tapped to team up with a fashion powerhouse to experience the week while sharing their own photos.

This got me thinking, we recently blogged about how journalists use Spokeo to research people behind the stories they are reporting on. But do these infamous bloggers know what they can get out of Spokeo’s famous people search pages?

Here is my call to you, forward-thinking-fashion-blogger: though you know what designers will be showing off their frocks today (Tory Burch, Vera Wang and Michael Kors to name a few), do you need to check their biographical timelines, gain access recent industry photos, or research places they’ve been spotted? Spokeo’s Famous People pages feature all of this and more at no cost as these pages are free to search.
