Honoring our World-Class Customer Care Team

The first week of October is National Customer Service Week – a week dedicated to honoring and celebrating the hard work of customer service professionals. At Spokeo, we pride ourselves on setting the standard for providing world-class customer care. Our team is ready to assist our users 7 days a week, from 5am to 8pm PST and they are available through multiple channels – phone, email, and chat. Our goal is to provide our users with a superior quality customer experience, which wouldn’t be possible without our amazing Customer Care team. Here are a few members of the team that we’d like to recognize!

Nik, Phone Agent:

If you follow us on social media, you’ll have no trouble recognizing this familiar face. Nik has earned the honor of Employee of the Month in our Customer Care department three times! He’s been with our team for over a year, and he’s become an expert on the phones. His favorite thing about working at Spokeo is the abundance of encouragement from the team, and the satisfaction of being able to help our users. Our users most admire his professional and helpful demeanor. One fun fact about Nik: he knows a little bit of the Hawaiian language!

Sandra: Email and Live Chat Agent:

Sandra has been with our team for 3 years, and she has been doing an all-around amazing job in her role. Not only does she have the fastest handling time in her team for answering emails, but she has been cross-trained and has been helping out the Phone Team by taking calls too. Her prompt, yet thorough, responses are what our users love most about Sandra. Her favorite thing about Spokeo is the constant positive reinforcement and appreciation that she and the team receives. One fun fact about Sandra: she loves anything tropical!

Jason, Phone Agent:

Jason has been with our team for over a year and a half, and he radiates positive energy on and off the phone. Not only is he a morale booster for the team, but he consistently receives positive feedback from our users every week. His attention to detail and his patience are what our users love the most about him. His favorite part about Spokeo is being able to work with such cool people. One fun fact about Jason: he’s a big fan of hip-hop and has an extensive collection of CDs and records from the 1990s!

Lori, Phone Agent:

Lori has been with our team for one year and she’s always dedicated to making sure that she’s on top of handling her calls. She has a positive attitude, which is one thing that our users like about her, in addition to her professionalism. She has also been cross-trained and has been helping out our Email Team by handling emails too. Her favorite thing about Spokeo is celebrating Customer Service Week. Last year was her first time participating in the festivities, and she loved all the daily events and treats. One fun fact about Lori: she loves dad jokes – making them or hearing them!

David, Email and Live Chat Agent:

David has been with our team for 2 years and he’s a great team player. He’s always willing to help out when needed and it’s very much appreciated by the team. Our users love his quick responses and his efficiency. His favorite thing about working at Spokeo is how much knowledge he’s gained in the field of customer service, including learning how to best communicate with our users. One fun fact about David: he’s a storm chaser, and the biggest one he’s followed was an F3 wedge tornado in El Reno, Oklahoma!⁣
