Returning to Spokeo
Once you’ve purchased one or more reports, or if you’ve signed up for a subscription, you will remain logged into Spokeo unless you manually log out or clear your cookies.
How do I login to my existing Spokeo account?
If you find that you are no longer logged into your account, you can log in to your account from the homepage. In the upper right-hand corner, click on “Login“.
Just fill in the email and password, and then click the green “Login” button. Or, if you signed in with Facebook or Google, click on one of the buttons just below. That should take you to your homepage. In the upper right-hand corner next to “Get Help,” you’ll see your Avatar with a downward pointing arrow that lets you open a dropdown menu. It includes “Log Out.”
How do I create a login?
During the process of purchasing a report, you’ll create an account that will leave you logged into your account. You’ll start by entering an email at the top of the payment form. Later, we’ll prompt you to enter a password to finish creating your account.
From that point on, you’ll be logged in unless you log out manually or clear your cookies.
Spokeo Login Tips
Spokeo logins are case sensitive. Make sure your caps lock isn’t depressed on your keyword. Did you forget to capitalize a letter in your password?
If you forget your password, click “Forgot your password?” and we’ll email you a link to reset your password.
