Returning to Spokeo
Once you’ve purchased one or more reports, or if you’ve signed up for a subscription, you will remain logged into Spokeo unless you manually log out or clear your cookies.
How do I login to my existing Spokeo account?
If you find that you are no longer logged into your account, you can log in to your account from the homepage. In the upper right-hand corner, click on “Login“.
Just fill in the email and password, and then click the green “Login” button. Or, if you signed in with Facebook or Google, click on one of the buttons just below. That should take you to your homepage. In the upper right-hand corner next to “Get Help,” you’ll see your Avatar with a downward pointing arrow that lets you open a dropdown menu. It includes “Log Out.”
How do I create a login?
During the process of purchasing a report, you’ll create an account that will leave you logged into your account. You’ll start by entering an email at the top of the payment form. Later, we’ll prompt you to enter a password to finish creating your account.
From that point on, you’ll be logged in unless you log out manually or clear your cookies.
Spokeo Login Tips
Spokeo logins are case sensitive. Make sure your caps lock isn’t depressed on your keyword. Did you forget to capitalize a letter in your password?
If you forget your password, click “Forgot your password?” and we’ll email you a link to reset your password.

Why is it so hard ( difficult ) to log in to MY account ,,, can’t you disign a page where a person can just enter their user name and password click sign in bingo your on,,, I have tried LOTS of times since I subscribed to figure it out but still haven’t mastered it ,,, not lucky enough ,,, I wish I had known this before I subscribed It may have made a differance

I live in Canada, have paid the monthly fees, and am unable to locate my own email account via Spokeo let alone anyone else who lives in Canada.
To make it more difficult, logging in is way too complicated: all one should need to do is key in their email address and password and access their account *without* having to being tricked into signing in via facebook or setting up a friend et cetera.
A total waste of money, if you are looking outside of the USA.
I will be cancelling my account.
Hi Mira, Spokeo currently only supports national numbers and addresses from the United States for our phone and name search. For reverse email lookups however, we support all email addresses, including international ones. This search feature covers all of our supported social networks. Sorry to hear that our service was not what you were looking for.
