Veterans Day is coming up in a few short weeks (the date is easy to remember: 11/11/11). It’s a day for Americans to pay tribute to the men and women who have put their lives on the line while wearing the uniforms of the United States Armed Forces. Some of the most satisfying feedback we receive comes from military personnel, many of whom use Spokeo to try and track down old army buddies. We’ve heard from quite a few servicemen and women who’ve benefited from our service, and it always makes our day.
While many veterans do stay in touch with their “brothers-in-arms” after their time together, it’s only natural that some will lose track of each other when they head home. If you’re a current or former member of the military and you are looking for someone, you can search Spokeo in a couple of ways. If you know the name of the person you are searching for, simply type their first and last name in the search bar; if there are lots of matches you will need to have some idea of where the person might be living (state and possibly city). If you know their email address, you can perform a reverse email search by simply typing it in[;] this should show you all available social networks for that person.
