Earlier this week, Spokeo was pleased to host a meeting for the Southwest Regional Chapter of SOCAP (Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals) International. The meeting was a great success with more than 45 customer care professionals in attendance from companies like Nestle, Honda, Yokohama Tire, Wellpoint and many others.
The meeting included a delicious lunch of sandwiches and salads followed by a 35 minute case study on customer retention presented by Judy McKee from McKee Consulting. Judy focused on the recent transformation of the Spokeo call center and how to best serve customers. The event ended with a tour of the Spokeo facilities, including the brand new customer care suite!
