Most Interesting Spokeo Project: Introducing Scrum to a cross-functional team and serving as Scrum Master for it. It’s interesting because while the Scrum events are forced (backlog refinement, sprint planning, etc.), everything during the sprint execution feels more natural (pair programming, product owner/stakeholder feedback, volunteering for tasks vs being assigned tasks, to name a few). Scrum isn’t for everybody, but it’s awesome seeing it work for us, and interesting to learn about in general.
Favorite Spokeo Event: My first Spokeo party was in the office when the company was smaller. It was wild.
