Last week, Spokeo’s own Aaron Taylor, presented at the San Diego AngelBeat IT Seminar. Other companies in attendance included Mitel, Microsoft, US Navy, TaylorMade Golf, Google, San Diego State University and more!
Aaron is the Director of our Customer Care department and has a wealth of experience running call centers. He co-presented with Mitel on how to deliver “Omni Channel Customer Care using the Mitel Contact Center Solutions. He discussed various strategies on how organizations can respond to changing communication strategies with customers both internally and externally.
